Courtney has been working very hard at Dog Training the last few weeks. Sam is heeling off leash, and Molly has figured out that she can't trick Courtney anymore. Molly was not listening to Courtney but when someone else worked with her she knew what she was supposed to do. It was quite funny, as well as frustrating. They started some Agility last night. It took some reminding but both dogs did well.
The kids picked out their 4-H Projects last Monday. Ashley is doing Plants and Flowers, Sarah is doing Foods, Scrapbooking, Shooting Sports and Gift Wrapping. Courtney is doing both dogs, Woodworking, Shooting Sports and Foods. Courtney is so excited that her project is making a foot stool. She is so ready to get going but we are waiting for the books to come in. Courtney did foods last year, so she can get started on that one. This year she has to make muffins, and Sarah is only in the 1st year, so she makes cookies. Poor Ashley wants to do more than 1 project, but because she is only a 4-H Mini, she can only do one. Sarah gets her cast off next Tuesday. She is so ready for it to be off.
So, guys, this is our update so far. Things have been really boring around here in the last month or so.

Wow, maybe Courtney could come out to the dog club with me sometime....We are still doing agility and now I am in a Monday night class with something called Rally.....it's a lot of fun.....you do what the cards tell you to do with the dog....The is one boy just about her age in it, too....:-)
Lots of good projects for 4-H! That will keep you and them busy for sure!!
