It rained all day today, as most of you know. Our gutters were overflowing. So, we all stayed in our pj's and watched Finding Nemo, and Cheaper by the Dozen 2. We also had a pizza dinner, and just were lazy all day. Of course, I had to do laundry, and Dad had a flood in his basement. So far, we have nothing in our basement, thank God! Courtney is liking the fact that she has to take baths because of her cast. We did get a waterproof cast, but I don't want to let her get it too wet yet. The padding underneath is the part that can't get wet, because it won't dry, and then it will start to rot her skin. So, Dr. Fielder gave her a waterproof padding that drys in 2 hours, and her didn't even charge us. Well, there is 1 perk of working with a Orthopedic Surgeon! We all have work and school Monday, so, I hope the rain stops long enough for us to get where we need to be and get home. I still hate driving in the rain, but I love to be home in it!
